Brianna Wilson

Operations Manager

Brianna read her way through college and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Lubbock Christian University. Before she joined the Home Girls team as our operation manager, she was a technical writer focusing on providing detailed software to corporate clients. In the Home Girls operations role, Brianna holds all things together by developing our weekly reports and distributing them to each construction client on a weekly basis. Brianna has her hands in the day to day operations of organizing budgets behind the scenes, logging design/construction decisions, as well as making sure construction crews are aware of upcoming tasks. Brianna is in constant communication with both design and project managers to maintain alignment of both the design and construction goals. Brianna is currently purchasing all of the fun things like tile, lighting, plumbing, and fixtures, etc for all of the projects. Brianna loves to see the personality come out in each of the homeowner’s projects and be a part of the journey of a successful renovation project from start to finish!

Home is important to me because it's where my loves are; my beloved husband and two precious sons. It's where I find peace and refuge. Home is where I can be creative; from cooking to writing to homeschooling my kiddos and teaching them about the beautiful world God has made.

“What makes a home beautiful is those who live in it; our home is a noisy safe haven that’s chaotic and loud with the joy of children. There are cheerios on the floor and toy cars on the fireplace; little reminders of the little lives that are being lived there. It’s a place of nurture and love, and it smells like coffee and pancakes.”
