Haley Ottmann

Owner, Designer (RID, NCIDQ)

Haley is a graduate of the University of Texas Architecture School with a degree in Interior Design. She is a licensed and registered interior designer in the state of Texas. Over her career Haley has had the opportunity to design with several firms in Texas ranging from high end residential, to boutique workplace and healthcare design, to corporate workplace giants.

Here at Home Girls, she brings a hands on approach to each project. Through initial consultation, to working with each client through design phase to develop a full project scope she helps each client see what is possible in their space. Beyond design, Haley co-manages the bid process to ensure the exact design is being accurately estimated. Haley works closely with both project managers (Brigitte and Robert) to maintain alignment of the design intent throughout construction.

Home is important to me because it is where real life happens. I love the quote from Mother Teresa, “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family.” From the spaces that we spend time in, to the rhythms that we create, to the food that nourishes us, home is where we become who we are meant to be.

Fun Facts

• Haley and Robert are high school sweethearts and have been together for more than half of their lives.

• Daughter of Brigitte

• Mother to two amazing kids

• Loves spending time in the garden and grows anything she can get her hands on

• Eats a paleo diet and loves to find new yummy recipes to make for her family
