The beautiful Foxy house project was designed by Lauren Braud of Lauren Louise Design. She perfectly paired the homeowners fun style with updated finishes and design elements throughout this historic bungalow. Home Girls partnered with LLD on this project as the general contractor. The project included gutting the kitchen, utility room and two bathrooms. The kitchen renovation included custom cabinets and gorgeous finishes, a new bar and pantry area. The utility room included a new layout with custom cabinetry to surround the washer and dryer, a large wine refrigerator and additional storage for workout equipment. The master bathroom includes a newly framed window bump out, heated tile flooring, gorgeous tiling and a custom vanity with a single shared sink. The existing freestanding tub was refinished to match the new colors throughout. The master closet is detailed for ideal clothing placement. The guest bathroom received fun wallpaper, newly tiled shower and a curved custom single vanity. Foxy house is worthy of its name, it is gorgeous and sassy in the very best ways!
