One of our greatest before and after transformations! This project included a full downstairs and outdoor patio renovation through a two phase construction sequence. The fabulously open and welcoming kitchen was made possible by removing three previously chunky columns between the living and kitchen. A new structural beam allows a beautiful open concept living and kitchen space. The new seated island provides the perfect breakfast eating spot as well as ideal entertaining for dinner parties. By extending the kitchen into the existing breakfast room, we were able to achieve a long wall of cabinetry with many custom storage options. From specialty lay-flat spice storage, to upper cabinets ready for all cooking oils and bottles, this kitchen is a chef's dream. The new coffee bar and pantry cabinetry maximize storage for dry goods and make a wonderful stop for a morning coffee routine. In the dining room, a fresh coat of paint, new board and batten paneling as well as a new light fixture elevate the space.
The new luxurious master bathroom features all custom cabinetry outfitted with a built-in standing makeup vanity. This makeup vanity displays push back doors and a lighted mirror with storage for any amount of cosmetics needed. The freestanding tub, and elegant finish selections create a spa-worthy experience of every homeowner's dreams!
